Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Do you repair Branson ultrasonic plastic welders or metal welders?
We specialize exclusively in Branson ultrasonic plastic welding equipment. We repair and rebuild Branson ultrasonic plastic welding systems and components, including horns, converters, boosters, power supplies, actuators and more.
2. Which Branson ultrasonic plastic welders do you service?
We provide repair solutions for a wide range of Branson ultrasonic plastic welding equipment, including Branson 2000X, 2000, 900, and 800 Series welding systems.
3. What is included in your Branson ultrasonic plastic welder repair process?
Our Branson ultrasonic plastic welder repair process begins with a complete diagnostic evaluation of your welder or components. Once the problem is identified, we replace failing and worn components based on the condition of the equipment. The system then undergoes testing and performance verification to confirm proper operation. After testing is complete, your equipment is carefully prepared and shipped back to you ready to return to service.
4. Can you repair Branson ultrasonic horns, converters, boosters?
Yes. We repair and rebuild Branson ultrasonic welding horns, converters, boosters, actuators, power supplies and related welding components.
Each component is evaluated to determine its condition and service requirements. Our objective is to restore reliable performance while identifying potential problems that could contribute to future equipment failures.
5. Do you build custom ultrasonic welding machines?
Yes. We design and build custom ultrasonic welding machines for specialized manufacturing and production applications.
Our custom machine capabilities include corrugated box welders, rotary table indexing systems, multiple head ultrasonic welding machines, and other specialized automated equipment. Systems can be engineered around specific products, production processes, tooling requirements, and manufacturing objectives.
6. Do you design custom ultrasonic welding horns and tooling?
Yes. We design and manufacture custom ultrasonic welding tooling for specialized applications, including ultrasonic horns, heating stalk horns, boosters, converters, and other application specific components.
This includes both new custom tooling and replacement tooling for existing equipment, especially valuable when an original component is worn, damaged, difficult to obtain, or no longer readily available. Depending on the application, tooling and replacement components can be developed using available specifications, drawings, samples, and equipment requirements.
7. Why rebuild an ultrasonic welder instead of replacing the entire system?
Rebuilding existing ultrasonic welding equipment can provide manufacturers with an alternative to purchasing an entirely new system. When suitable for the application, rebuilding can extend the useful life of existing machinery while allowing a facility to continue using equipment, tooling, and production processes it already has in place.
We can evaluate Branson ultrasonic welding systems and components to help determine whether repair, rebuilding, replacement, or complete refurbishment is the appropriate solution.
8. Do you sell Branson Ultrasonic plastic welders and parts?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of Branson ultrasonic plastic welding equipment, components, and replacement parts, including 2000X, 2000, 900, and 800 Series systems. Our inventory also includes welding horns, converters, boosters, power supplies, actuators, and other ultrasonic welding components. Whether you need a complete Branson plastic welder or an individual replacement part, we can help you find the right equipment for your application.
